RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.theunlikelystoic.com. However, if for any reason you need to make a return, we've made the process as simple as possible. All apparel returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and the items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and they will provide you with a return label. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email or phone and let us know that you would like to make a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label to use when sending the shirt back to us.

  3. Pack the shirt securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  5. Once we receive the returned shirt, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  6. If the shirt meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the shirt is defective or the wrong item was sent. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we regret to inform you that our apparel does not provide international delivery at this time. Our services are currently limited to customers within the United States. However, we appreciate your interest in our products and encourage you to check back with us periodically for any updates on international shipping availability. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Order Processing and Delivery?

 

  • Shirt orders will be processed within two business days of receiving payment.

Shipping Time:

  • Shirts are shipped via standard shipping services and should be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be included with your purchase so no need to worry about additional fees.

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

Upon receipt of an order and confirmation your will automatically receive an email detailing your purchase and as soon as tracking information is available you will receive a follow up email. If you have any additional questions regarding the tracking of your order please feel free to reach out to a member of our team.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All orders destined for continental US locations will automatically be shipped free of charge. There is no need to worry about delivery options, we will get you your product as soon as possible.

 

Can I customize my order?

 

If you would like to have one of our designs on a different color shirt, style  of shirt or even something as simple as a coffee mug just send us a quick email and we will be glad to help get you what you are looking for.
